Who buys a facsimile and why?

Libraries, universities and museums, original curators, promote our facsimiles for:
o	Conservation of their originals: Facsimiles reduce the usage of the original document for a better conservation of it.
o	Exhibitions and public disclosure of their funds: For the original funds owners, facsimiles facilitate public disclosure of their funds, due to originals should not be exposed to the public for security and conservation reasons.
Libraries, universities and museums buy our facsimiles for:
o	Research: the use of high quality facsimile acquired by a library allows the researcher, without having to travel, meet many physical aspects of the original that are not appreciated in a digital reproduction.
o	Exhibitions about History of the Book, Science, Humankind and Christianity: Libraries, universities and museums, as buyers, have the opportunity to raise awareness on history of books (or thematic) among their readers, through exhibitions of our facsimiles; as we've released a collection of over 100 titles, unique in the world, with texts written books before and after the invention of the printing press.
The private buyer purchases our facsimiles for different reasons:
o	Reading: regardless of the buyer's knowledge, many of our books are written in accessible language for the public, such as Castilian, Italian, Valencian, Catalan, French...
o	Knowledge: Sometimes a manuscript or incunable is written in languages or complex terms, but studies published by us solve this problem because they allow us to enter the world of knowledge in medieval and Renaissance.
o	Beauty: Unquestionably, our books are very beautiful, and it's a good practice to expose them in our house as a work of art.
o	Education of their children: Many of our customers buy certain books from our collection to deliver a cultural heritage to their children.
o	Investment: Vicent García Editores was established in 1974, and nowadays our oldest facsimiles have risen in the secondary market and in international auctions, and even many of them, sold out years ago, are almost impossible to find (Furs, The Gutenberg Bible, Triumphs of Petrarch...)
